MORNING RITUALS
Morning rituals are one of the easiest and quickest ways to shift your energy back to yourself and raise your vibration daily. If you’re struggling to focus on yourself and your happiness this is the most powerful way I’ve found to help you find that path to self love. I’ve been that girl who was getting reading after reading wanting to know the energy of someone else and how they were feeling about me. Feeling lack in my life because I didn’t have the love I wanted from another person and just overall unfulfilled. This practice helps you to decide to take back your power and put yourself first to understand who you are and what you need. Help you understand where you can shift your energy to give yourself the love you’re seeking from your person. Be someone you take care of and show up for yourself in a non negotiable way.
GRATITUDE LIST
Write down the things that you have now that you’ve manifested. Its so easy to forget to recognize/acknowledge how much we have in our lives now that we once wished for. Sometimes its hard to think of things we have to be grateful for. If you’re in a space where things seem really stuck or low it can be as general as being grateful for waking up another day. The more you practice this the easier it is to find gratitude and appreciation for what you do have in your life. Practicing gratitude raises your vibration to the high level vibration possible so you can align with what you want to manifest in your life.
“I AM A WOMAN WHO”
This statement helps you declare who you are deciding to be for the day. Choosing those next timelines and that high level version of yourself you want to be. Some of my go to statements are:
• I am a woman who attracts and receives all the abundance the universe has to offer.
• I am a woman who loves herself unconditionally.
• I am a woman who good things happen to.
Releasing old belief systems and thought patterns really is as easy as declaring that you no longer accept that old part of you and are choosing to align with your higher self.
ENERGY CLEARING
Use this time to also find a way to clear and ground your energy. Make this fun! I’ve recorded myself saying affirmations that I’m working with and have them playing in the background when I walk my dog and make my breakfast. I mix up my morning meditation/ breath work with different sound baths and reiki videos on YouTube. Its whatever you feel you need at this time. And if you don’t know what you need then this is exactly what you
need to figure that out! Try something new everyday. As long as you set the intention to clear and ground your energy, whatever healing modality you try will do just that.
Stretching, sound baths, walks, breath work, guided meditation, self guided meditation, reiki, crystals, dancing, singing/chanting, light healing, using your pet to transmute energy, exercise, yoga – anything that brings you peace and connects you with your higher self.
FINDING MORE DEVOTION
Once again, this is your time and you can have so much fun building this! It shouldn’t feel like a chore, but something you look forward to. I also do a daily card pull for myself. If you’re trying to build a tarot practice its the best way to build that muscle. I love Rebecca Campbell oracle cards for beginners. And maybe if you’re trying to find what self care practice to work with try the self care oracle deck. Creating a daily tarot/dream/ meditation journal to write down the emotions that have been coming up or what I was channeling during my ritual.
GIVE YOURSELF GRACE
If you’re feeling resistance to this practice give yourself compassion and grace. It can feel so foreign to give yourself the love you need from within. A lot of times this can shine light on coping mechanisms we’ve created to literally survive. This is how powerful this can be. By raising your vibration and choosing a new timeline for yourself you’re allowing what no longer serves you (coping mechanisms/old belief systems) to be released and that can be uncomfortable. You spent sometimes your entire life showing up in a certain way and now you’re releasing a whole identity in a way. Allow yourself to feel what is coming up and use those feeling to choose that next timeline each day.
