Sacred Space, Motherhood & Burnout: A Heartfelt Update from Me

Over the past few years, my life has changed in profound and beautiful — and, at times, exhausting — ways.

Becoming a mother for the first time was the beginning of a deep transformation I didn’t fully anticipate. And then becoming a mum to two brought it to a whole new level. My days were (and still are) filled with love, chaos, late-night feeds, deep snuggles, small hands, and moments that bring me to tears — both from joy and from pure, soul-level fatigue.

In all of this, I’ve done my best to hold space — for my clients, for my online community, and for Sacred Space. But if I’m being completely honest, I’ve often felt like I was pouring from a cup that was bone dry.

There were times when I felt I wasn’t showing up as the mum I wanted to be. And equally, times when I felt I wasn’t showing up as the guide, healer, and intuitive you’ve come to know me as.

The truth is, I burned out — slowly, then all at once.

But here’s the other truth: from that burnout, a new vision started to take root.

The Future of Sacred Space

In the stillness, in the messy in-between moments, a vision I’ve held in my heart for years started to whisper back to me. Sacred Space was always meant to become an online spiritual healing centre, and I am excited to reconnect with that vision.

Sacred Space is a place where people could come to reconnect with themselves. To feel seen. To feel held. To find what they didn’t know they needed.

In this next chapter, I want to grow and expand Sacred Space with offerings that support the whole self — mind, body, spirit, and nervous system. Not just quick guidance (though that has its place), but deeper healing, deeper connection.
